Sergii Iegorov has joined Valliance as a Value Engineer, bringing more than fifteen years of enterprise engineering honed at retail brands including John Lewis, Screwfix and Joe & The Juice.
What Sergii brings to Valliance
Sergii's career runs from writing code, to leading teams, to architecting enterprise systems, rising from software engineer to Director of Technology Solutions inside a global engineering and consulting firm. He has delivered for some of retail's most demanding names, including Specsavers, Telefónica O2 and The Very Group.
Sergii is a champion of composable architecture, with a founder's instinct for building things that last. At Screwfix, he conceived and delivered one of the industry's most ambitious programmes to break a monolithic platform into composable services. At John Lewis, his order management work cut staff training times by 95% and call times by 60%. For Joe & The Juice, he replatformed the entire digital ecosystem. He also sat on the MACH Alliance tech council, helping govern composable architecture standards.
