Jodh Badyal joins the team here at Valliance with a career that began in financial services audit at KPMG. It is an unusual starting point for a data engineer, and a useful one. He saw early what unreliable data actually costs, and that discipline carried through everything that followed.

He moved into technology consulting and eventually took on the Palantir Foundry lead role within KPMG's Modelling team, developing internal capability whilst owning the firm's most technically demanding delivery work, including NHS England's prototype digital twin for frailty and an enterprise portfolio management platform for the Ministry of Defence.

At Valliance, he joins as a Value Engineer, working alongside our clients to turn data into systems that deliver real operational value. If you have data that is not yet pulling its weight, that is the work we are here to do together.

Glad to have you, Jodh.
