A new year and a new member joins the Valliance team.
Julia’s joined Valliance to strengthen how we run, and scale complex enterprise programmes, helping teams to deliver meaningful AI value for our clients. As a focal point for delivery and operations, she brings orchestration, and momentum to ensure programmes are kept on track as complexity grows.
Her approach is shaped by over 13 years experience across technology-driven organisations. Having held core roles at Spotify, Bumble, and Warner Music Group, Julia’s worked at the intersection of delivery, operations, and strategy, modernising operating models for cross-functional teams.
Alongside her commercial work, Julia supports Grow to Know, a nature-led social impact collective, helping to build the operational foundations that allow community-driven initiatives to scale with care and intention.
