We’re excited to welcome Kristina to our growing Valliance team.
Kristina's route into product leadership runs through operations and delivery, with a decade turning complex technology programmes into measurable business outcomes, most recently as a Director at JLL Technologies.
There she moved from EMEA Digital Operations Manager to Director in under four years, shipping a debt quote management platform to over 700 users, recovering a stalled decommission project that saved £120,000 a year, and building a technology team she grew to seven people.
Alongside that delivery work, Kristina ran the Women Transforming Tech EMEA programme at JLL Technologies for three years, hosting bi-monthly webinars to support women building careers in technology.
At Valliance, she joins our growing Value Orchestration team, to help deliver enterprise programmes alongside our clients.
