She is a seasoned technology consultant and delivery leader who's partnered with clients including New Era Cap, Canadian Tire, and one of the largest American investment firms, delivering complex solutions and driving operating model transformations. At Valliance, Volha is ensuring that every solution is shaped and delivered to maximise value creation for our clients.
Her passion has been leading through architectural shifts - from monolith platforms to composable architectures and now agentic AI. So as you can imagine, she’s joining at a perfect time.
