Valliance launches to close AI black hole and fix ‘broken’ consultancy model costing businesses billions

As reported in Tech User Magazine - UK businesses are collectively spending over £326 billion a year on AI, with more than £66 billion going to external consultancies. For the majority, the returns do not justify the outlay. Half of projects miss their targets, fewer than half have success metrics defined at the outset, and the most common cause of failure is prioritising technology over business results.

Valliance launched to change that. Backed by $15 million from private equity firm Siguler Guff, the firm is AI-native by design, with a commercial model built around outcomes rather than billable hours. Its founding team, Tarek Nseir, Anita Rajdev and Rad Parvin, brings together expertise across digital transformation, enterprise commercial leadership and global data strategy.

Valliance opened with a 15-person team, offices in London and The Hague, three signed client contracts, and an ambition to reach 80 people by the end of 2026. Board members from Siguler Guff were clear on the opportunity. The AI consulting market must evolve, and value-based models are where it is heading.
