Transforming business case development for a global brewer with an agentic workflow application.

Five business analysts supported the innovation intake for the entire global organisation, tasked with triaging and producing business cases for idea innovation.

The existing ideation process used free-text fields, so every submission looked different. BAs became translators and archaeologists.

Good ideas sat queued, duplicate efforts went undetected, and platform leadership couldn't prove value with metrics. The baseline for submission to decision was 30 days, with submissions arriving incomplete.

We created a multi-agent AI system that moves from rough idea to scored business case across five automated phases

  • Conversational intake asks follow-up questions, and structures submissions automatically.

  • Parallel evaluation scores solutions against Client’s standards simultaneously across all four domains.

  • Intelligent synthesis aggregates evaluations, identifies consensus and conflicts, and spots service synergies.

  • Adaptive questioning stops at 70% information coverage or three questions, avoiding unnecessary interrogation.

Built using LangGraph for orchestration with real-time streaming. Agents work independently, dramatically reducing processing time.

Submission completeness has been transformed from inconsistent to standardised through conversational intake.
