Dom Selvon
Value Partner - CTO
A repeat entrepreneur and leading full-stack architect who was one of the forefathers of the composable architecture movement. He has built flexible systems for LEGO, IKEA, Burberry, and Moderna, and is now at the edge of multi-agent architectures, steering AI towards meaningful outcomes whilst meeting strict regulatory standards.
Dom leads our technology practice and is our foremost technology leader. He spends his days identifying solutions that bring strategic visions to life, from delivering complex architectures and delivering client-facing accelerators, to overseeing IT operations and security, and offering technical leadership in business development and client engagements. He's spent 27 years proving that the most powerful technology emerges when you understand human behaviour and business operations first, technical constraints second.
From regulated financial and insurance environments at Friends Provident and MAN Group to leading retail brands just as The Very Group, Dom’s achievements also include:
Leading LEGO's pivot to composable architecture, giving the brand flexibility to surprise customers
Scaling engineering leadership to 700+ people as Global CTO at Apply Digital
Inaugural founder of MACH Alliance, championing business agility over technical complexity
Designing agentic and ontological AI solutions using modern frameworks, and Palantir
Delivering transformation programmes for IKEA, Burberry, Moderna, and Games Workshop
