Twenty-five years redesigning how global enterprises work, across complex organisations such as Shell, Novartis, Roche, Sanofi and Siemens. Now collaborating with Valliance, he's helping them rethink how work itself gets structured when AI can help to transform the operating model.
Chris led organisation design and integration management on Shell's $53bn BG Group acquisition, a programme that delivered $3.5bn of synergies 12 months ahead of plan.
He built and led Muuto Consulting from inception, scaling to around 65 consultants at peak. In 2025 he rebuilt the firm around AI in the delivery of the work itself rather than as a capability bolt-on, delivering faster analysis and sharper design whilst keeping judgement and accountability with experienced professionals.
He has completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence at Oxford's Saïd Business School, focused on applying AI to change delivery and adoption.
Directed Shell's Projects & Technology operating model reorganisation across c.6,000 staff in five global hub locations, delivering across five cut-over waves
Designed Novartis's SI&S operating model at activity and decision level in 8 weeks versus a typical 16, clarifying AI, hybrid and human-led ownership across the organisation
Defined and mobilised Roche's Strategy Realisation Office for One Pharma Strategy delivery, setting the governance rhythm and integration approach across workstreams and business units
Working with Siemens on transformation delivery within the One Tech Company programme
