Victoria has spent more than 15 years leading marketing and growth for digital and technology businesses. She started in PR, shaping go-to-market strategies and building the profiles of agencies and technology start-ups, before joining leadership teams at Improve Digital, TH_NK and EPAM. Most recently she built and launched Empathy Lab, EPAM's AI-native agency, taking the brand and go-to-market strategy global.
At Valliance, Victoria is building and scaling the AI-native proposition that delivers on our ambition, creating more enterprise value from data and AI than any other consultancy in the world. She leads growth end to end, from storytelling, partnerships, offers and thought leadership through to go-to-market strategy, pipeline and commercial results.
Led growth marketing across European markets at EPAM, building pipeline and brand awareness for its digital proposition
Launched and scaled the EPAM Continuum brand across EMEA, positioning the innovation and design consultancy with clients and prospects
Led business development, marketing and partnerships at TH_NK, the digital transformation agency behind work for Vue, Warner Bros., ASOS, Knight Frank and Atom Bank
Led PR and marketing for agencies including TBWA, Y&R and Mindshare, the commercial arms of The Walt Disney Company UK and News UK, and start-ups from Last.fm (bought by CBS) to GoViral (bought by AOL)
Launched Inspiring Fifty, championing female role models across the European technology sector
Named in the BIMA 100 (the people shaping the British digital industry) and the BD100 (the UK's top 100 business developers)
