Today we're announcing our Associate Partner network, starting with a curated group of six senior AI leaders who will work alongside us on client engagements where their specific expertise makes the difference.
This is part of our ongoing commitment to providing our clients with expert teams, made up of people who have a track record of similar projects. The Associate Partner network assures that we can still offer this tailored approach, even as we scale.
Each partner has been hand-picked. We match them to engagements based on skillset, client tech stack and strategic objectives. The result is a lean, capable team that moves fast and goes further.

Our six founding Associate Partners

Ahmed Hussain has spent 20 years leading financial services transformation programmes at firms including EY, Genpact, and EPAM. He's made a career of eliminating the hidden friction that stalls $100M+ programmes, cutting down outdated value chains, infrastructure, and legacy processes.
Ivo Böhm led organisations of up to 400 people at Nike EMEA across supply chain operations, technology, and analytics, building on earlier senior roles at Deloitte and Accenture. His track record includes $55M in cost savings, a 10-day reduction in inventory cycle times, and building Nike's first Logistics Analytics organisation from scratch. He eschews tech hype, instead believing that transformation of the supply chain starts with operational reality.
Gaurav Malhotra brings 25+ years of architecting enterprise platforms across AWS, GCP, and OCI, including AI and data transformations at Nike, H&M, Oracle, and The Hartford that delivered over €350M in measured annual EBIT. His expertise runs from core data infrastructure through to GenAI, knowledge graphs, and neuro-symbolic AI, taking a measured, output-focused approach to inform recommendations.

Will Dixon is a strategy and transformation leader with 24 years’ experience across Accenture, Fjord, Red Badger, Zone, and Cognizant. He co-founded Volta, which was named in Time's Best Inventions 2021, and built 2045, a human-first AI platform with multi-agent orchestration and 200+ expert agents. He specialises in combining strategy, design, and technology with agentic AI to deliver transformation at speed.
Chris Tomlinson has spent 25 years redesigning how global enterprises work, at companies including Shell, Novartis, Roche, Sanofi, and Siemens. He led organisation design on Shell's $53bn BG Group acquisition, which saved $3.5bn through combining the two entities, 12 months ahead of plan. In 2025, he rebuilt his own consultancy around AI embedded in delivery rather than bolted on. He's also completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in AI at Oxford's Saïd Business School, with a focus on change delivery and adoption.
Dr. Harald Gunia brings 36 years of experience across more than 10 industries, working at the intersection of advanced AI, enterprise systems, and responsible innovation. He specialises in multi-agent systems, generative and symbolic AI, and SAP-integrated architectures, and has built a 50+ application transformation toolkit that takes organisations from strategy to governance in weeks. He's also the author of GenAI in the Enterprise.
